TEAM COMMITMENT

The Creative Team has the following minimal commitment:

FOR BAND & VOCALS TEAM:

REHEARSALS
INCreative Team Nights & Group Rehearsals
7:30pm until 9:00pm – At least 2 Wednesday's per a month

SUNDAY ROSTER
Up to 3 times a month
Includes sound check/set up times and being part of the whole service

PREPERATION AT HOME
As a team we are committed to equipping and serving you in the best way possible but you are required to put in the work at home in order to be prepared.

Commitment & Expectations *

This section must be completed by your parent or guardian. A member of INY team will be in contact with them to confirm they have signed this consent.

I agree to my child/young person committing to the INCreative Team for the next 12 months, or as agreed with the Worship Pastor.

I have read & discussed the above Service Commitments with my child/young person and agree to support my child/young person in their commitment to the INCreative Team.

I understand that should I have any questions or concerns regarding my child/young person in relation to them serving as INCreative team member I can talk to the Worship Pastor.

I have read & discussed the policy, procedures & child protection guidelines in the INCreative team manual with my child and I am confident that they understand these requirements.

I have read & discussed the ACC Workers Code of Conduct and declaration with my child and have co-singed and re-submitted these documents.

My child has received a copy of the INChurch Safer Churches Information Manual.
